c. Expiry of Cooling-Off Period:
Please be aware that the 14-day cooling-off period expires in the following situations:
i. As soon as you access and start using the course Materials, including but not limited to playing any video beyond the provided free sample video.
ii. Download any of the course Materials.
iii. If you complete the entire course during the 14-day cooling-off period.
d. Requesting a Refund:
If you wish to exercise your right to a refund within the 14-day cooling-off period, you can contact our customer support team via [email protected]. Please provide details of your purchase, including the date of purchase and your intention to withdraw from the purchase. We will process your refund request in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
e. Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to free sample videos provided as part of our courses, as these are made available for evaluation purposes.
f. Refund Processing:
If your refund request is approved, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to be processed.
